I started working at City Lighting Products at the Kansas City location in 1997.I began as a delivery driver eventually becoming the warehouse manager in 1998.My move from the warehouse to customer service began in 1999 with my duties of answering phone calls,entering orders,ordering product,receiving product,and inventory control.As with those duties I also started working as national account customer service which includes take-offs,entering orders,expediting orders and interacting with account and there contractors on site to make sure the jobs goes as smoothly as possible,I began in outside sales in 2013
